Shipping

Oficio Studio works on a different scale.
There is no warehouse and no permanent stock here. Pieces are produced in small series and, once ready, they are offered for sale.

Each one finds its own path.
What follows explains how to accompany them on that journey.

Delivery times may vary due to circumstances beyond my control: holidays, transport issues or customs procedures. If there is any delay, feel free to write to me and we will look into it together.

Returns

You have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to request a return.

I work with small series and specific, individual pieces.
For this reason, exchanges are not possible: there are no equivalent items waiting to replace another.
If, once you have the piece in your hands, you decide it is not for you, you may return it.

Exception: items personalized with initials cannot be returned.

Conditions

– Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.
– Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
– The piece must be returned unused, in its original condition and with its original packaging.
– Each return is carefully reviewed before the refund is processed.

How to request a return

Please write to hola@oficiostudio.com, including your order number. I will let you know how to proceed.

Until the piece returns to the workshop, the shipment remains the customer’s responsibility. I recommend using a tracked service and keeping the shipping receipt.
